Please note that by booking an appointment with Ayurvedic Haven, you (the client), are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You also agree to attend the appointment you have booked.
You (the client) may book an appointment with Ayurvedic Haven by telephone. Treatment times range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. Please allow 20 – 30 minutes in addition to your treatment time to allow for a consultation.
Informed Client Consent and Consultation Processes
If this is your first appointment, you (the client) will be required to provide your signed informed consent to be assessed and treated. You (the client) will be clearly informed what the treatment involves and which areas of the body will be treated. As a mandatory requirement, a full and comprehensive written consultation will be undertaken prior to any treatment being administered to ensure that treatment is safe and appropriate for the client. Without informed client consent and a consultation, Ayurvedic Haven will not be able to proceed with treatment. For further information, please view our Informed Client Consent and Consultation Processes.
Standard Cancellation Policy
Ayurvedic Haven values your business and politely requests that if you (the client) are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. We will be pleased to re-schedule your appointment for the next available date.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of 50% of the scheduled treatment.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
If an appointment is cancelled or deferred at short notice due to experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or contracting COVID-19, any standard cancellation fees will be waived. Clients will be requested to kindly confirm in writing that their appointment has been cancelled or deferred due to contracting COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19.
For further information and guidance, please contact Ayurvedic Haven to discuss any aspect of your treatment during this time.
